Providing the community with educational and preventive programs designed to orient families in a time of need.

Premarital Sex Counseling: HCF teaches teens to take pride in being a virgin (male and female).
It also teaches the risks, precautions and consequences associated with being sexually active before and outside of a martial relationship. Abstinence before marriage is the desired goal.

Project U-Turn reaches youth, both male and female, as well as parents with healthy relationships education. This program encourages young people to set personal goals for their future, thereby helping them to avoid high-risk behaviors which can lead to teen pregnancy and STDs.
