Rapha family Services, Inc. is a 501- (C) (3), faith-based, Private, Non-Profit Social Services agency, which was established in July 2007, by Anneze Barthelemy Brown and Althea Hodge-Jaboin. The agency is dedicated to improve the lives of families by providing them with the necessary tools needed to succeed; such as parenting classes, parent support groups, child abuse prevention, life skills, abstinence classes, family mentoring, referrals, recruiting and training of foster families and Case Management Services.

Supervised visits in a safe, non-adversarial environment where parents and children share quality time. Visits are supervised by Masters and Bachelor level professionals who work directly with the community based provider(s) to identify needs that are to be addressed before reunification. \r\n\r\nParent child interaction is assessed and monitored by frequent visitation. \r\n\r\nVisitation is pre-arranged and transportation is provided. \r\n\r\nVisits are also made to schools and providers to assess progress/compliance of children and parents. \r\n\r\nQuality assessments and progress reports will be completed to measure and report compliance and progress to the courts and providers. \r\n\r\nTutoring, mentoring, parenting classes, and family counseling are available via Cathedral House associated programs. \r\n\r\nServices are provided daily - including weekends and extended hours.

We partner with churches, schools, and other community agencies to establish outreach to families by utilizing science-based curricula to provide faith-based education, training, and family-building programs that help to develop and enhance positive skills in parents and their children.
